W have also provided these unbranded image files match up with our game formatting in the event you want to modify or add other information from those generated within your account or for ordering premade answer slip booklets.
The (Full Sheet) images are designed to be able to be printed and copied on standard 8 ½ x 11 inch paper.

Trivia Answer Slip (For 4×3 Pad)
This is used by the individual teams to turn in their answers to the game’s host. This image is designed to fit 4×3 sticky note style pads that can be ordered in bulk from various suppliers. A generous space in the lower left corner has been left blank for you to insert your own company branding.
(Pro Tip: Invert the image when uploading so that the sticky portion is at the bottom of the answer slip, this will help make the notes easier for the host to read.)

This is used by the individual teams to turn in their answers to the game’s host. There are 9 answerslips per page. A generous space in the lower left corner has been left blank for you to insert your own company branding.
(A cutting board is recommended to separate the individual cells if you use this template.)
Trivia Team Scoring Sheet (Full Sheet)
This is used by the individual teams when they play so that they can keep track of their score and answers provided. It also helps the teams know where they are in the game. A generous space at the top has been left blank for you to insert your own company branding.
(When printed on both sides of the page be sure to alternate the orientation and then you can cut them in half to produce twice the quantity.)
